There are so many levels to the relationships that we create during this lifetime. From acquaintances, to coworkers & random friends to soul mates. Creating and having healthy relationships is key to a happy and fulfilling life. Finding people who get you for you, and encourage you to be the best version of yourself with healthy communication skills and good times all rolled into one big bundle of fun is one of life's many priceless gems.

Maintaining healthy relationships will look different for everyone, but in general I find that the healthiest of relationships contain people who have a genuine love for one another. They respect each others boundaries and encourage each other to be the best version of themselves by holding them accountable. Being able to create spaces of growth and expansion while maintaining a nurturing and respectful frequency.

If you notice that you're in any sort of unhealthy relationship and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Give yourself the permission to do what you need to do to restructure your circle and live your best life with people who love you the way you deserve to be loved and visa versa.

3 Tips To Create Healthy Relationships:

1. Know Yourself: Be sure you know yourself well enough to be able to express yourself clearly and effectively and in a non-harmful way to others.

2. Communicate Well: Communication is a 2-way street. Learn how to effectively & actively listen and find a sense of empathy so you are paying attention to the whole person, not just the words they are saying.

3. Create Balance: With any relationship, there will be compromise. Be sure that the compromises are mutual and understood by both sides equally.
