Taking the time to create this space in your mind can help you to gain clarity and rejuvenate your energy. The more peace you create in your life, the more you'll be able to enjoy the simple things in life.
A Zen Zone can be either a space in your mind if you have a vivid imagination, or you can create the space in your home or office. Maybe you already have a yoga studio or a meditation facility that you consider to be your Zen Zone. Wherever it is, be sure that it is free from distractions and it's a space that allows you to go inward and resonate with the deep sense of love and calm that is already within you.
