A Zen Zone is your safe space to let go of anything and everything. It's a space to strengthen and realign your mind, body and spirit. Taking the time to create this space in your mind can help you to gain clarity and rejuvenate your energy. The more peace you create in your life, the more you'll be able to enjoy the simple things in life.

A Zen Zone can be either a space in your mind if you have a vivid imagination, or you can create the space in your home or office. Maybe you already have a yoga studio or a meditation facility that you consider to be your Zen Zone. Wherever it is, be sure that it is free from distractions and it's a space that allows you to go inward and resonate with the deep sense of love and calm that is already within you.

3 Ways To Create Your Zen Zone:

  1. Remove Visual Distractions: If your Zen Zone is in your personal space, it helps to tidy up. The more things that are lying around or hanging on the walls, the more distracted the mind becomes. It helps to have a neat and clean space that gives you a sense of calm.
  2. Focus On Your Feelz: When you're creating your Zen Zone, focus on what you want to feel while you're there. If you want to feel grounded, add in Earth elements such as plants or stones. If you'd like to feel a sense of free-flow, add in elements such as a small water fountain or big, wispy feathers. If you'd like to feel a sense of love, maybe you could add in some photos that bring you the sensation of deep love and adoration for yourself and others.
  3. Stimulate Your Senses: As you create your space either in your mind or in the 3D realm, think of what smells, textures, tastes, colors/shapes, and sounds give you the sensation of complete bliss and calm. Incorporate a few of those things into your space or your imagination as you enter into your Zen Zone. Using essential oils like sweet orange, eucalyptus or lavender is a nice way to stimulate your senses and send a message to your mind that it is time to relax.
