Divine Wisdom can have so many meanings. For some it's the capacity to understand and reason beyond the 3D realm. For others it means having a supernatural ability to see/hear/feel things that most people cannot. Whatever it means to you, we all have the ability to tap into that Divine Wisdom to see things from an elevated point of view. Whether you call it your intuition or a spirit led endeavor. It is the ultimate source of knowledge and understanding, and can provide us with insight and clarity into life’s challenges and blessings. It can also provide us with spiritual guidance to help us understand our own journey of faith.

3 Ways To Tap Into Divine Guidance:

  1. Spend Time In Nature: Mother nature is the perfect place to connect with Divine Wisdom. Breathing in fresh air, listening to the sounds of nature and feeling the warmth of the sun help us to connect to the divine energy that connects all of us. I highly recommend going on a meditative walk through nature (Bonus if you are barefoot). You can use "I Am" or "I Am Not" statements with each slow and conscious step. To create a sense of universal oneness, use I Am, to create a sense of individualism, use I Am Not. I like to start with things that I see first.. an example "I am the grass, I am the dirt, I am the butterflies..." Then move into adjectives both negative and positive to create a full sense of neutral and nonjudgmental being i.e. "I am skinny, I am fat, I am divine, I am human..." Then move into ultra positive to lift into a divine spiritual state above the realm of humanity i.e. "I am a goddess, I am powerful, I am clarity, I am everything that I am meant to be..."
  2. Ask And You Shall Receive: Decide what you would like to know and ask your divine self. You can do this by either writing your question down before you go to sleep and in the morning notice if you had any dreams. A lot of times our dreams give us the answers we are looking for. You can simply speak out loud and have an audible conversation with yourself. Some people might look at you a little funny if you tell them you do this, but trust me, it's a thing... and it works... You could also write your questions down and try meditating on them each day and see if you might receive any visuals, or signs in your meditation or throughout the day.
  3. Neutralize: What makes things bad or good... usually our minds just decide one way or the other. Try detaching any labels from things and looking at things from a neutral state of mind. It is what it is and it's exactly as it's meant to be. A good book to help understand this concept is the Bhagavad Gita. Bhagavad Gita translates from Sanskrit to English as "Song Of God" - my personal favorite translation is from Stephen Mitchell.
