In today's episode, we are diving deep into our emotional landscape and learning how to manage our emotions without tipping over the edge. Emotions are a natural response to what's happening around us, but it's the way we cope with them that can cause trouble. I will provide you with some tools that you can use to learn and grow, and it's important to remember that every tool I share may not be the right one for you, but you'll never know unless you try.

We start with the yogic technique of 'pranayama' or breathwork, which can be done at any time of the day and can be a preventative tool for stress. Then, we recognize the power of mindful intentions, inviting awareness into the picture and asking ourselves what we really need in the moment. Lastly, we discuss somatic release practices like tapping.

Remember, you control your emotions; they do not control you. You are capable of handling whatever comes your way, and you are much stronger than you think. You have everything you need within you to achieve anything you set your mind to. Emotions are a part of being human, so let's navigate them mindfully.
