Listening to affirmations in the morning is a sure fire way to start your day off in a great mindset full of positivity, confidence and motivation. They help you tune into inspiration and allow you to begin your day feeling amazing.
My Personal Top 3 Times To Listen To Morning Affirmations:
1. While brushing your teeth: Especially when you're using these "You Statement" Affirmations, you can internally repeat them in your head while you're looking at yourself in the mirror. Cleaning your mouth and re-programming your mind at the same time = The ultimate multi-task.
2. In the shower: I prefer to use the affirmations on repeat with music (You can find the YouTube link below) while in the shower. Sometimes I lose track of time and just let the hot water run, so listening to affirmations on repeat that are only about 10-15 minutes long helps to create a sort of timer to keep me on schedule.
3. Morning drive to work: I don't drive to work anymore, but when I did, it was my favorite time to listen to inspirational videos or affirmations. I was usually driving for at least 30 minutes so it was the perfect time to get inspired for the day before going to work.
