La salud mental hoy es un tema que se puede hablar sin problema, pero años atrás era todo un tema tabú y que no se tomaba en serio. En los 70´s en Santa Cruz, California existió un asesino en serie con problemas mentales y justifica sus asesinatos para evitar un terremoto. Este es el caso de Herbert Mullin.
