The origins series is back and this week Hudson guides you back in time to experience the various hunting techniques that were implemented by the Native Americans. Native Americans were tough, resilient, and extremely sophisticated people with many different tribes, traditions, and practices. In this episode we focus mainly on tribes from the Great Plains of North America. People like the Apache, Kiowa, Osage, and the Comanche. From early uses of decoys, to calling, to different weapons, Native Americans were the pioneers of hunting in North America and a lot of our modern day techniques find their roots in Native American history. We hope you enjoy.

This episode is sponsored by TEG Farms. One of our good friends and former podcast guests Noah Edwards is selling beef from their farm in SW Oklahoma. Their cows are grass-fed on a beautiful farm without herbicides or pesticides on their pastures. Then they are grain finished on a pasture with free choice of grain. This gives them an incredible taste and wonderful marbling without the traditional feedlot atmosphere. The beef is butchered in a USDA inspected facility and it is unbelievably good.
