Description

Hudson is in the studio solo this week to give y’all another origins episode. This week we tackle the Lewis and Clark expedition. Starting from St. Louis, Missouri, Lewis, Clark, and the Corps of Exploration spent 18 months exploring the greater part of the western United States. Enduring the elements of the wilderness, interacting as diplomats with various Native American tribes, documenting plants, wildlife, making maps, etc. These men risked everything to perform a service to their country and future generations. Their expedition was one of the first to truly see the value in the Western United States.

“Of courage undaunted, possessing a firmness and perseverance of purpose which nothing but impossibilities could divert from its direction.” - President Jefferson
