Description

How can you begin to find your purpose after a traumatic experience?

In this empowering, thought-provoking, and purposeful episode, June K. Collins, Master NLP Practitioner and Coach, shares parts of her journey with us, involving a tragic loss, that lead her to re-evaluate her morals, values, and beliefs, and discover her purpose and begin living it. In 2012, June lost her son, Kaleb, and found herself hitting rock bottom. She had no idea how she could possibly begin rebuilding her life with Kaleb in it. During her healing journey, she discovered a passion with the mind and, more specifically, how individuals react to trauma and navigate life after it. Through her own experience and education, she now helps other women rebuild and find purpose in their life.

During our conversation, we touch on the following key self-empowerment takeaways:

1.    Your thoughts directly influence your life.

2.    Know what fulfillment means to you.

3.    Use daily affirmations that are meaningful to you.

4.    Be open to trying new things and experiences.

5.    Follow what feels good.
