Description

Six years ago today, my best friend passed away overnight. Since then, I have been on a path of self-realization, (self-)love, confronting myself and life with all its shadow sides, and reconnecting with God. Two days ago, I was involved in a car accident that left me feeling incredibly grateful, excited, and free, and I feel that the message that comes out of that will resonate with many of you.
We often don't know why something happens in our lives or why we "lose" someone we love. Sometimes we don't even have the opportunity to say goodbye. Sometimes it is the human, one-sided perception of death that separates us, and sometimes it is different paths, views, lessons, physical or emotional abuse, or the emotional absence of our parents that cause our hearts to close. Consciously and/or unconsciously. But what if all this was necessary to open our hearts in a way that has never been opened before? What if we can't see the bigger picture because our hearts (and human minds) are not yet ready to open to the truth and the deep love it brings? Can you give yourself permission to let go of the old story that keeps you trapped in fear instead of love?

With my new "Heart Drops" episodes, I'm channeling messages and information that feel important to share with you—intending to create a space to drop in, to remember and connect with the truth that can only be found within.

I aim to bring more awareness to the hidden parts of us that unconsciously pull the strings, leaving you with a smile and a calm and peaceful feeling in your heart.
