Adam Clausen was serving a 213 year life sentence for a string of Armed Robberies. Instead of snitching to lower his sentence, he served his time and educated himself on his own case law. This led to him taking charge in rewriting the laws that put him in prison in the first place. This won't be the last time you see this fine gentlemen on the show! He is also a podcast host for a show called Gritability, where he and his wife dive into the power of perseverance!
