Those who've received Jesus Christ as both their Lord and Savior have been give the authority to set the captives free with the proclaiming of the Gospel message of new life in Jesus Christ. The only thing required for the blessed task of witnessing to the lost is a deep desire to see the lost saved. Also one must be born again from above and filled with the Holy Spirit who gives the believer power for witnessing here within this present dark world system.
