This is perfect if you find it hard to focus while sitting or just want to get some steps in!

Ensure you choose a location where you will not be disturbed

Begin the walk by centering yourself; I like to take three nice deep breathes. Taking in the environment. Feeling the sun on my skin or the 'temp' of the day. If I am walking inside, I will find a playlist that helps me to relax (no words, just smoothing sounds)

To me there is no right or wrong "formation" with this, it is about getting up and moving. Releasing tense and focusing on being in the moment (nothing more, nothing less)
