Coach Welch was a California State Champion, Fargo All American, NCAA Finalists at Northwestern University. Coach Welch talks about his time on the CA USA Wrestling National Team and how it helped him prepare for the NCAA wrestling. He also talks about his rising program with San Francisco State, the difficulties of COVID and recruiting when he accepted the job. An all around great person and great coach.
