Patricia Anzini and Alexandra Lopes are speaking with Julia Neumann about their project to create a regenerative culture in Academia through conscious relating, communication, and integral learning. Coming from quite different backgrounds, these Women are taking a stand for:
- empowering students and step out of old hierarchies and modes of thinking and operating,
- shifting from teaching to spaceholding,
- radically reinventing communication in the classroom,
- shifting from content-based to experience-based learning,
- bringing Relating and conscious feeling into the academic world,
- shifting culture.

Their goal is a regenerative future in university, where life is at the center.
Listen in to hear Patricia and Alexandra share their experiences especially from their programme "CommunicAR.TE". ComunicAR.TE is a training for developing relational and communication intelligence, anchored in the academic context and based on a few maps and distinctions of Possibility Management. It runs as a 6 weeks programme that has had two editions to date (August 2024). It is a compulsory programme for post-doc and a voluntary programme for PhD students at Universidade Catolica in Lisbon, Portugal.
Both Patricia and Alexandra are open to speaking, collaborating, and other ways of information-sharing about their lessons learned in bringing tools of Possibility Management and beyond to academia and other organisations.
