As a coach who has worked in the health + wellness space for several years with background in healthcare, I've seen it all. Chronic disease that can be prevented, the lack of health/nutrition education, rapid + unsustainable weight loss trends that leave women with more health issues than they started with, disordered eating, difficult relationships with food/exercise (even amongst coaches), + so so so much more.
