It is the first Tuesday of Endometriosis Awareness Month, and this week I sit down with fellow endo babe + coach, Mia Harris.
Mia is a women’s strength coach on a mission to help type a, people-pleasing perfectionists get stronger and feel more confident in and out of the gym.
She helps women shift their focus solely from losing weight to lifting weights so that they can become their strongest selves. She strongly believes it is much more empowering to focus on what our bodies are capable of vs. solely what they look like.
She also shares her journey with endometriosis, how taking a more holistic approach to managing her disease changed the game for her, + the importance of sustainability on a health journey.
