1. Set your target! Ask yourself: what goal are you trying to attack?

2. Stop eating crappy food! Aka the cheeseburgers, the nachos & the chocolates you have tucked away 🤪 

3. Exercise Everyday. It doesn't have to be a crazy workout every single day but you better be moving!

4. Coach/Accountability to make sure you are attacking your goals (This could be the #1 mistake you are making - trying to do it all by yourself!)

5. Set a new target!
