In nature, so much is happening under the surface in wintertime. What may look dormant on the outside, is actually thriving and developing at its core. We’re not so different! This time of year is perfect for us to return to some healthy habits, and refresh our body and mind. This episode isn’t an inspiration for new resolutions! But rather, an encouragement to start taking care of our body and spirit now, in the slow season, so we can take better care as the calendars fill up again.
