Devin, 23, from Seattle Washington was always going against the grain of what society expected him to do and felt like the world's systems were causing people to be fooled and living in fear. His emo music/skater lifestyle, mixed with marijuana and mushrooms lead him to being born again into God's fam just this last year during the pandemic, even though he didn't grow up with any Christian influence at all. Devin shares about how the truths that took years for him to uncover from tripping on shrooms (ie: love, sexual purity, & forgiveness) were unpacked in just mere verses from the bible as he started reading it. Now he is living in this new lifestyle and has found the freedom he has been searching for his whole life. The episode ends with Devin addressing his friends and family as he wants them to know that he's still himself, yet he's more Devin than he has ever been.
