Willpower is the mental or psychological ability to control  thoughts, emotions, and actions. It helps resist temptation, overcome obstacles, and persevere in the face of adversity. Willpower is often seen as a key factor in achieving goals and making positive changes in one's life.



Having strong willpower is also beneficial in other areas. Including resisting the temptation to procrastinate or engage in unhealthy behaviors . Some of these behaviors are. Staying focused and motivated when working towards a goals , and regulating your emotions to make better decisions.



Yet, willpower is not an infinite resource. It  depletes over time through use or through stress and other external factors. To maintain strong willpower, it is important to practice self-control and self-discipline. This episode we will talk about cultivating and using will power. This will help  to overcome tough odds, and succeed regardless of how things look.
