S3 E14 ED - On a daily basis people will try your Patience and Peace of mind rather that be in the work place or in your daily life experiences. The way you feel does have impact on your behavior, and the way that you think. Just like Exercising your Mind takes practice and effort so does Emotional Discipline. The first step is understanding that no one can be given the power to hurt you emotionally without your consent. Tough Pill to swallow but nothing less should be expected from mastering your emotions.
So what is Emotional Discipline? It can be defined as the power to control how you feel. Becoming Emotionally Disciplined will allow you to start taking responsibility for feelings, and doing things now that will fill an emotional reservoir for later use It can also aide in reacting to emotionally challenging situations in balanced ways, and making choices to effectively deal with challenges as they arise.

A friend once told me " No one listen to the Angry Guy". On this episode I will give you three out of the many things that not only those who have a high Emotional Discipline Practice, but those successful in Leadership with High Emotional Discipline practice , and make habits out of.πͺπΎπ§ πͺπΎ
