Welcome to 2023! 

In this episode I share some of the key themes that I have been receiving for 2023 energy, and we co-created a Higher Self Activation with receiving the frequency of Grace to clear emotional suffering. This was a spontaneous activation that came through as I felt into some old beliefs and ego critical thinking that came up as I thought I was closing the podcast transmission!

Key themes of 2023 –

• Surrender to Grace and Inner Peace.
• Deeper awakening and remembering of Who You Truly Are – YOU ARE SPIRIT IN HUMAN FORM – embodying more of your I Am presence with call to daily practice of devotion to and for You. To walk more deeply in your human experience with the alignment and presence of your I Am.
• To ‘Choose – Clearly – Consciously’ with intention; remembering your ability to Choose is your super power!
• More inner retreat to receive the answers you seek and less reliance on external ‘guidance’ from other sources.
• Less is More – Slow down even more and be truly present in the moment and with the joy and pleasure of Life.
• Choose Play – Lightness – Curiosity on your journey; it does not need to be heavy rather it is an exploration with freedom to just BE!
