In this episode I share my own reflection and contemplation as I have felt the hustle and pressure of coming to the ‘end of the year’ and how my Higher Self has been guiding me to allow myself to be in a pause with my breath and to connect more inwardly; opening my heart to allow my own heart light to transform and reconcile what I am finding challenging or uncomfortable as I navigate my day-to-day life.
