Leadership Character. Leadership character is very important. It helps you to be a servant leader, and serve others. When we lead, we put ourselves in a position to take care of others first. Through leadership character, we can, and will develop many terrific skills that will catapult us to exactly where we want to be. As leaders we are able to in a position to cultivate the kind of support that will encourage young black men and women to always rise to their light.
