After reflecting on a Dalai Lama quote that points out the strange way in which most people think about health and wealth, Nick and Ted go over 5 examples of how your health and wealth have direct impacts on each other. Next the 5 F’s get explained, along with specifically how each Pillar (or F) impacts both health and wealth.
