I flew solo on this one to give you a positive Bulls update and talk about my current busted back and previous injuries.

For issues with my lower back I roll my feet on a golf ball, then use a slant board for my calves, then use a foam roller and The Stick on my legs, then use a massage gun for my legs, then I'll stretch it all out.

Also, plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the tissue in your foot that connects your heel bone to the base of your toes, I also have a massage gun, and Pomona is in Los Angeles County.
