A characteristic of the People of God is that - for the most part - we stay under the radar: 1 Tim. 2:2 says that living peaceful and quiet lives should be our desire. But there are times when we must boldly stand in opposition to the world, and boldly ask for the power and movement of God. It's not about an arrogant assumption, but a holy, humble, but insistent faith in God's stated promises. This week, Rick and Sean discuss this kind of bold praying. We wonder: is this something you are maturing in? Because you never know when you will be called on to pray boldly. And as John Wooden said, "When opportunity comes, it's too late to prepare." May we all be preparing now!
