In Episode Two of Executive Wellness UNPLUGGED, my guest, Melody Byblow, and I discuss the "Gut-Brain Connection" and how optimizing it enhances the well-being and performance of executives (and others).

Melody Byblow is a Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and a graduate of our Workplace Wellness certification programs, including our "Certified Executive Wellness Coach" Course.

She has since joined the WWCOE Faculty and helped support the delivery of a 6-month Executive Wellness Coaching Contract with 8 hospital executives during the pandemic, profiled in my book, "Cultivating Healthy & Vibrant Workplaces."
