Project Sunflower was created to add a little bit of joy to people’s day! They do this by bringing flowers to hospital patients and nursing home residents across the city of Birmingham, Alabama. Through their strong community network, they have been able to gather flowers from weddings, memorial services, and other events, repurpose them, and use the flowers to make someone smile. Caring for those around us is the reason why Project Sunflower exists - the flowers are how they do it!
