Sergeant Ashby Green was wonderful to speak with. A Lady Leader from Louisville Kentucky, she wears many hats. Very Serious about fire safety and tells us about the path she has traveled in a male dominate field to get where she is. She is a passionate voice for Inclusion within the industry and breaking barriers to facilitate a proportionate and lasting gender staffing ratio. She claims her movement is in Kentucky but this is a nationwide problem and she has a strong voice, we are grateful for the talk and proud to help her movement any way we can !!!
