Monday June 1st we are going to start REBUILD.
Rebuild is a 3 week training program aimed at people who haven’t workout since Pandemic Lockdown. Simple movements, sweaty long warm-ups, a great low complex easy-to-do workout and a nice stretchy cool down.
The only thing you have to do is to show up. We are taking care of the rest. A coach is going to guide you throughout the entire workout.
