Bullying, especially of medical students or residents, is an unfortunate reality of our medical education system. It is thought that this is at least in part due to traditional hierarchical structures and teaching methods. Dr. Chun and Dr. Noone share their stories of being bullied as students/residents and discuss potential solutions and challenges.
