Christians are not exempt from conflict, but rather because of our position with Christ, we are called into battle. The enemy despises Christian resistance and seeks to tame it. The enemy desires to take us out of the fight by feelings of being inadequate, unqualified, by losing our faith and by seeking the easy way out. But there is no neutral territory in this battle. We are either fighting for what is right or we are backsliding toward the forces of evil. There is no standing still.
