Description

On this episode, I go into progress and how it's shown up in my life. Over the last year and a half, I've taken up weightlifting full time. It's a sport with so many ups and downs that a lot of people quit within a relatively short time. I dive into how to deal with the highs and lows in weightlifting and in life.

As I try to make it as a creator, I understand these plateaus and have to push past them. I mentioned a few books and how reading hasn't taught me the true lessons until I've actually experienced things myself. Hope you guys enjoy.
