Description

This week, I'm talking about why you may need to lower your expectations, but raise your standards. In all areas of life, we see the lowest possible standards. Health in 2020 became wearing a mask and washing your hands. These standards are way different than our expectations of true health like being able to run a 5k, live pain free, and play with your kids. 

I also break down my own expectations in weightlifting and podcasting.
