Genny Tidwell is a competitive CrossFitter and weightlifter. She popped up on a lot of people's radar after being the first adaptive athlete to compete in a USAW national competition. On the episode, we talked about her experience at the Arnold Classic, how she's overcome different obstacles being an adaptive athlete, and her upcoming plans.
She gives some great advice for any out there with physical differences. She talked about the importance of removing the word can't and how to keep motivation to train through this time. Genny's story is super inspiring and she's using her platform to document her progress and keep other's motivated.
