There is A LOT of comparison in the world - a lot of it surrounding our bodies. This week we dive into what I call Comparison-itis. Comparing ourselves to our past selves is dangerous work, and having a case of Comparison-itis can be catching. Let’s break down why it doesn’t make sense to compare and how to reframe our thoughts out of it.
