What do you do after someone takes your picture?

Do you grab the camera back and look for all the possible things that are wrong with the picture? Do you check your arms? Waist?

You are NOT alone. This seems to be the standard when we look at pictures of ourselves or even when we look in the mirror.

We automatically go to look for the things that are BAD, or WRONG, or NOT GOOD.

And it makes me wonder, what would happen if we start to look for the things that are GREAT, or RIGHT, or FREAKING FANTASTIC about each picture or each outfit we wear? 

Today we are diving into this idea and I’m giving you some homework to help you transition to seeing the things you WANT to see instead of the things you don’t.
