Everyone in college was already strong, hot and popular. They had all grown up playing soccer, or basketball or volleyball - and that made it easy for them to have a body that they (and everyone else) loved. It made being healthy and fit easy for them, or so I thought.
I didn’t get to grow up playing sports. So I was bitter. I spent so much time resenting my parents for not being able to afford to put me in sports and blaming them for not having the hot body that I wanted.
We all have some thing, event or person that we have used to place blame for our lack or results. Today I share mine with you.
