I used to spiral out of control when hard things happened in my life. I used grief as an excuse to go ham on a bowl of pasta and double up on my ice cream because it would make me feel better and I 'deserved' it for what I was going through.

As I have been navigating grief this year, I have been able to look back and see how differently I am managing it than past Kayla, and I am so freakin' proud about it.

In this podcast episode I break down what decisions I have been making in order to manage my grief while in a fat loss phase and how I'm learning from it and what I'm taking away from this season of life.
