A couple weeks ago I journaled about the things I was 'putting on the backburner' and it made me wonder, am I doing enough?
One area that came up in my life that felt like it wasn't enough was my running. Did I want to take running more seriously? Did I like just fooling around and running when I wanted? Did I want to race again? Run far again? AM I DOING ENOUGH?
I realized that 'doing enough' felt like an ingrained habit in me. But I want enough to instead feel like an empowered choice. I figured that if I was feeling like not enough, that I know you have experienced too. On this weeks episode
