When we start after any goal - it is so exciting. We are dreaming of alll the things we are going to do and going to accomplish.
And usually, not long after that exciting beginning - the work begins. And we realize that the list of allll the things we were going to do feels long. And overwhelming. And just too much to manage.
That is usually where the goal gets stunted. We need a break, we take it, and we don't go back to that daunting laundry list of tasks that we are supposed to be doing.
