know you are working on your goals, but you are feeling like you are not making ground. Like you aren't getting any closer to achieving them because you just can't stay consistent with your plan.
You aren't staying consistent because you don't have the right accountability strategies set up in place.
Accountability is probably one of the things that can help us the most with being consistent. The best part about it is that there are SO many different ways that you can use accountability. The worst part about it - like anything related to weight loss - we often make it more difficult than it needs to be.
A few weeks ago I hosted 'Consistency Week' in our free FB group and this is a recording of one of the videos - I wanted to share it here because in all of the times that I have talked about consistency and being consistent - I haven't talked about how accountability plays a role in it.
