PODCAST DESCRIPTION: 4000 CHARACTERS MAX
In this episode, Sofie talks about her experiences with some horrifying surgeries. The most recent septoplasty gave her two black eyes just in time for Halloween. But the scariest of all was her traumatic breast reduction, diastasis correction (where the left and right abdominal muscles separate after pregnancy), and the mommy-tuck! She realizes that the emotional scars are worse than physical scars.
