So it’s Pride month!!! I hope every folk in the LGBTQIA+ community has the best month ever!

🗣The weather and temperatures have been pissing me off so bad
🗣I wanna go for a pride event
🗣Companies haven’t been virtue signalling as much this Pride month and it’s scary
🗣People have been speculating about Tyler Williams sexuality
🗣We need to stop being hyper-vigilant and on the lookout to call people out on being queer
🗣We put pressure on people who are questioning or coming out of the closet by being hyper-vigilant towards behaviours and stereotype
🗣The way cishet people go about asking “are you queer?” is some times queerphobic
🗣Society should aim to reach a point where queer people don’t need to come out as queer but simply just exist as queer
🗣Hyper-vigilance towards queerness also perpetuates unrealistic standards of masculinity and femininity and reinforces the patriarchy
