It's easy to spiral into a mindset of negativity and overthinking, but with a little practice, we can shift our habits to where we automatically focus on the good in our lives instead of the bad. One of my life mantras is "Whatever we appreciate, we create more of." If we focus on and appreciate the good in our lives, we will create more good in our lives. The opposite is true as well. In this episode, I offer five things that made me smile this month (in no particular order). This is a practice I started many years ago when I was blogging three times a week on my blog, Zealous Mom. No matter the mood I'm in going into it, simply focusing on five things that made me smile during the month instantly shifts my energy. After listening to my list, I encourage you to do the same.
