"Good Time" is a fast-paced suspense thriller that is incredibly contemporary and stylistically shot. The film centres around a troubled character just trying to do the right thing but can't seem to stop digging a bigger hole. It's wonderfully urgent yet there's unexpected heart and depth here - a great genre blend that is incredibly entertaining and has heart with some thought-provoking moments too. *Spoilers* at the end.
