We talk to former police officer, and insider Daniel Reinhardt. He served as a police officer for 24 years, and learned police culture. In his time there, he fell in love with being a police officer but also saw some of its shortcomings. In his book, “Rethinking The Police: An Officer’s Confession And The Pathway To Reform” he details the history of policing, its current state (positive and negative) and has a detailed plan to transform the police.
