Tod Monaghan is a life long New Yorker and a Senior Vice President at Covenant House, one of America's largest homeless youth shelters. Tod has been at Covenant House for almost 20-years and has dedicated his life to helping at-risk youth turn over a new leaf. Throughout his career giving back to the community, he has constantly been an innovator in the non-profit world including contributing as part of the leadership team that created the major gifts and corporate partnerships programs at CH and was involved in launching Covenant House’s Sleep Out movement. He truly thinks outside of the box on how he and the Covenant House team can better serve those most in need.
Tod and Justin first met around 2013 at a Real Estate industry Sleep Out event in NYC, and Tod has helped Justin in his efforts to give back to a cause that hits close to home on many fronts from Justin's past.
In this episode of The Justin Palmer Show, the two converse about living through NYC's challenges during COVID-19, the major challenges that the Covenant House overcame at the onset of the pandemic, and Tod's passion and expertise in helping save America's at-risk youth.
